                 AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A SEWER EASEMENT
                 LOCATED ON LOT 2, RATURN M. BROWN SUBDIVISION,
                 AS RECORDED IN BOOK 2654, PAGE 170, REGISTER'S
                 OFFICE OF HAMILTON COUNTY, AS SHOWN ON PLAT
                 ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY
                 REFERENCE.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
       abandoned a sewer easement located on Lot 2, Raturn M. Brown
       Subdivision, as recorded in Book 2654, Page 170, Register's 
Office
       of Hamilton County, as shown on plat attached hereto and made a
       part hereof by reference.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as
       provided by law.
